About The Pittsburgh Music Academy, Inc.
We provide private and group instruction on violin, viola, cello, guitar, piano, flute and voice. The cornerstone of our school is the conviction that every student can, with careful teaching and family support, become a successful musician able to make music a part of life. We believe music study enriches lives through appreciation of beauty, development of disciplined work habits, and increased self-esteem. The ages of our students range from 3 years old to adult. We take enrollment year round. We provide many opportunities for our students to perform in the community.
Programs Offered:
The Pittsburgh Music Academy offers a comprehensive program including private lessons, group classes, performance classes, parent education, concerts and recitals. We are now offering Lessons Only to those who also study in school or are older than middle school age. Enrichment courses can include chamber music, chamber orchestra, music theory, and many more. Young children can get started in our Pre-Twinkle Camp. Accomplished students can benefit from our Collaborative Piano or Concerto Workshops. Summertime includes the Chamber Music Intensive Camp. Our newest course: Musikgarten!
