Dear Creative Learning Educators and Teaching Artists,
We are looking for your feedback!! We are currently conducting a study to better understand creative learning programs in the Pittsburgh region. The purpose of this study is to gather evidence of programmatic impacts and to understand the health of teaching artists in our area. This project is a partnership of the University of Pittsburgh School of Education and The Heinz Endowments. Results from this study will help us understand and inform how best to support creative learning programs and organizations in the region.
Participating in this study will enter you into a raffle to win a $200 gift card. This survey will give you an opportunity to share your experience as a creative learning educator and should take no more than 10 minutes. Please answer all questions honestly and in their entirety.
If you do not complete the survey in one sitting, you can come back and finish. If you use the same computer (or mobile device) and same browser, the survey will remember where you left off.
This survey is being conducted by researchers at the University of Pittsburgh School of Education. Participation in this study is voluntary. A decision not to participate will not affect your employment with your program or your relationship with the University of Pittsburgh or The Heinz Endowments. Please note that your responses will be kept confidential. Thank you again, we appreciate your participation in this survey! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our team: Mario Quinn Lyles, Project Coordinator (mql2@pitt.edu) or Tom Akiva, Principal Investigator (tomakiva@pitt.edu). Thank you!
